Senior Sales & Service Representative (Universal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Build and expand banking relationships by identifying sales opportunities and providing relevant financial guidance.
• Deliver high service standards by listening to customer needs and taking prompt action to address them.
• Manage deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and reputational risk.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (or 6 months of customer support experience at First Citizens Bank).
• Financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in telephone sales.
• Application of a structured sales process.
