Senior Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics
• Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending civic and community events
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers and colleagues
• Uncover sales or referral opportunities through active listening and insightful questioning
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational and regulatory risk
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in Sales or customer service
• Or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank
• Or participation in a First Citizens career development program

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in telephone sales
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Financial literacy
• Application of a structured sales process
