Senior Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals through proactive customer outreach and engagement.
• Build and expand banking relationships by identifying sales opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank partners.
• Manage the fulfillment of deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by listening to needs, asking insightful questions, and providing relevant financial guidance.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and reputational risk.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency within the branch.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (or 6 months of customer support experience at First Citizens Bank).
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to engage proactively in conversation and build rapport with diverse personalities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in telephone sales.
• Proficiency in applying a structured sales process.
