Senior Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for lighting projects, control systems, home automation, and maintenance services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to quotations and negotiations
• Develop recurring revenue streams through maintenance contracts and upgrade services
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience specifically within the lighting industry
• Currently based in KSA, preferably in Riyadh
• Proven track record with lighting control, smart systems, or home automation projects
• Existing network of relationships with contractors, consultants, or architects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
