About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share for the Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) portfolio, including VenaSeal and Closure System products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual operating plans and account development targets.
- Prospect and build relationships with General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and Interventional Cardiologists.
- Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
- Provide clinical support and training to medical staff on products and procedures.
- Manage territory expenses, planning, and administration in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales management and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 80% of the time).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device, capital equipment, surgical sales, or pharmaceuticals.
- Degree in biological science or business.
- Proven track record of high performance (e.g., President’s Club or top 10% performance).
- Experience working within hospital and operating room protocols.
- Proficiency with sales technology such as Salesforce.com and iPad applications.
