About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and market share for the Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) portfolio, including VenaSeal and Closure System products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual operating plans and account development targets.
  • Prospect and build relationships with General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and Interventional Cardiologists.
  • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
  • Provide clinical support and training to medical staff on products and procedures.
  • Manage territory expenses, planning, and administration in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales management and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 80% of the time).
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device, capital equipment, surgical sales, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Degree in biological science or business.
  • Proven track record of high performance (e.g., President’s Club or top 10% performance).
  • Experience working within hospital and operating room protocols.
  • Proficiency with sales technology such as Salesforce.com and iPad applications.
