Senior Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Open new customer accounts and manage existing ones within Traditional, Industrial, and Modern channels in the Visayas Region.
• Identify and convert end-users, such as contractors and subcontractors, to DeWalt and Stanley PWT brands.
• Formulate and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts and key customers.
• Prepare detailed sales reports regarding performance, progress, opportunities, and risks.
• Resolve market issues including product inquiries, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, and payments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to target accounts.
• Execute distribution strategies and ensure collection efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of construction materials sold through retail and end-users.
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing diverse market segments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and selling skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and data analytics.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and remain results-driven.
