About the role
Responsibilities
- Open new customer accounts and manage existing ones within Traditional, Industrial, and Modern channels in the Visayas Region.
- Identify and convert end-users, such as contractors and subcontractors, to DeWalt and Stanley PWT brands.
- Formulate and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts and key customers.
- Prepare detailed sales reports regarding performance, progress, opportunities, and risks.
- Resolve market issues including product inquiries, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, and payments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to target accounts.
- Execute sales and distribution strategies while ensuring collection efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience specializing in the sales and marketing of construction materials through retail and end-users.
- Proven results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hands-on report writing and data analytics.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management abilities.
