About the role

Responsibilities

  • Open new customer accounts and manage existing ones within Traditional, Industrial, and Modern channels in the Visayas Region.
  • Identify and convert end-users, such as contractors and subcontractors, to DeWalt and Stanley PWT brands.
  • Formulate and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts and key customers.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports regarding performance, progress, opportunities, and risks.
  • Resolve market issues including product inquiries, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, and payments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to target accounts.
  • Execute sales and distribution strategies while ensuring collection efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 5 years of experience specializing in the sales and marketing of construction materials through retail and end-users.
  • Proven results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hands-on report writing and data analytics.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management abilities.
