About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage territory business and growth for Pelvic Health devices by developing strategic implanting centers and referral networks.
- Sell Pelvic Health devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other medical staff.
- Provide product and therapy technical support and service to strategic implanting centers.
- Act as the primary account and implanter relationship contact for assigned territory needs, including reimbursement responsibility.
- Partner with Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 8+ years of medical device, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sales/clinical experience.
- OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory and perform overnight travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calling on physicians in Neurology, Urology, or Colorectal Surgery.
- Familiarity with the Operating Room (O.R.) and implantable devices.
- Knowledge of the reimbursement climate and managed care.
- Experience in developing new, innovative markets and making multiple referral calls daily.
- Strong skills in business planning, territory financial analysis, and consultative sales.
