Senior Sales Representative - Electrophysiology

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by servicing the current customer base, increasing sales volume, and establishing new accounts
• Provide consistent and accurate sales forecasts to the Sales Manager
• Support Electrophysiology (EP) procedures and ensure high education levels for Full-Time Employees (FTEs)
• Implement comprehensive sales plans to increase market penetration and manage territory resources
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and new developments
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing effective solutions
• Analyze sales statistics and prepare regular activity reports, including daily call reports and monthly territory analyses
• Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies regarding pricing, quotes, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in achieving sales quotas and implementing territory sales plans
• Ability to support clinical EP procedures and work with specialized medical equipment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales statistics and market trends
• Excellent communication skills to act as a professional company ambassador to physicians and facilities
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to meet customer needs
