About the role
Responsibilities
Account Executives (New Business)
- Drive net new revenue generation through prospecting, pipeline development, and deal execution
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
- Conduct needs analysis, solution positioning, and software demonstrations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasts
Account Managers (Growth & Retention)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to drive retention and expansion revenue
- Identify whitespace opportunities, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and expand product adoption
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor and solutions expert for client initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding quotas over multiple years
- Strong expertise in consultative and strategic selling methodologies
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
