About the role

Responsibilities

Account Executives (New Business)

  • Drive net new revenue generation through prospecting, pipeline development, and deal execution
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
  • Conduct needs analysis, solution positioning, and software demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasts

Account Managers (Growth & Retention)

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to drive retention and expansion revenue
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and expand product adoption
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor and solutions expert for client initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding quotas over multiple years
  • Strong expertise in consultative and strategic selling methodologies
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
