Senior Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end forecasting processes to drive accuracy and discipline
• Deliver reporting across bookings, pipeline, and demand generation
• Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth and ensure strong data governance
• Act as the UK lead for the sales tech stack including Salesloft, Apollo, and Clari
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate commercial strategy into operational delivery
• Optimise the end-to-end sales process from qualification to close
• Support quota, budgeting, and territory planning

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Proven leadership responsibility within a sales operations function
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard development
• Demonstrated ownership of forecasting processes and executive-level insights
• Experience operating in a matrixed, international environment
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technology services or managed services environments
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, or Clari
• Experience evaluating and optimising sales technology stacks
• Track record of improving forecasting accuracy and CRM data integrity
