About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the development of forecasting models, territory design, and quota methodologies
- Partner with Sales Leadership to evaluate performance trends and segment opportunities
- Architect end-to-end sales processes to support consistency and efficiency
- Serve as the strategic owner of Salesforce and the broader sales tech stack
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health and key KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- Proven experience mapping sales or customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards
- Deep proficiency with Salesforce and GTM systems
- Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- Track record of owning complex projects from concept to implementation
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing automation or workflow optimization
- Familiarity with customer feedback systems and closed-loop processes
- Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Background in high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience partnering with Customer Success or CX teams
