Senior Sales Operations Executive

About the Company

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand's leading on-demand delivery and lifestyle e-commerce platform. As part of the Merchant Digital Solutions (MDS) business unit, we are building the "Operating System" for businesses across Thailand, empowering merchants to grow and digitize their operations through POS, Payment, and Data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Audit end-to-end CRM and administrative workflows to eliminate systemic bottlenecks
• Break down enablement strategies into granular operational plans, playbooks, and communication workflows
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to track sales cycles, activity data, and pipeline leakage
• Act as the central operations lead for launching new products, features, and campaigns
• Gather frontline requirements to improve or automate sales systems like CRM and lead routing
• Structure and govern internal sales rules, policies, and account ownership frameworks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Growth/BizOps in a hyper-growth tech environment
• Deep expertise in managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRMs
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, or Google Sheets for analytical deep-dives
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined execution mindset
• Ability to translate complex product rollouts into clear processes for frontline sellers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Merchant/B2B ecosystems, digital payments, or POS software deployment in Thailand
• Prior experience working in or supporting a squad-based or agile organizational structure
