Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Channel teams on deal structure, pricing, quoting, and commercial processes
• Provide day-to-day operational support for quoting, order management, contract administration, and internal process navigation
• Coordinate with Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure opportunities progress efficiently
• Process bookings in Salesforce ensuring compliance with company booking policies and revenue recognition requirements
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and develop reporting and dashboards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Support strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or related business operations
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
• Familiarity with CPQ, quoting, or deal management tools
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription licensing, and revenue processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, resellers, or indirect sales motions
