Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales Operations initiatives across Sales, Orders, Finance, and Salesforce teams
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies for strategic global projects
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and process adoption
• Develop communication plans, training materials, process documentation, and user guides
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and issue tracking
• Monitor post-launch adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Utilize AI tools to enhance project execution, documentation, and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Project Management
• Strong understanding of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation concepts
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with Power BI is an asset
• Proven experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity and documentation
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
