Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide data and analytical support for sales activities, including forecasting, planning, booking, and KPI deep dives.
• Act as the Salesforce and Power BI system administrator, managing user access, training, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct business analysis and generate reports through Salesforce and Power BI to support Sales and Marketing.
• Serve as the sales commission policy and process expert for the China and Korea regions, managing sheet development, accruals, payments, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support the financial planning and analysis process for Asia Sales and Marketing by delivering accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve existing operational processes and procedures.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, sales operations, or business intelligence.
• High proficiency in SAP BI, Excel, and Power BI.
• Superuser experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
• Strong business acumen and commercial strategy skills.
• Ability to work productively in a cross-functional team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a business partner to sales or commercial functions.
• Direct experience with commission or sales support processes.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and Salesforce.
