Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Expand and strengthen branding-led revenue growth in Mexico, focusing on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions.
• Manage and expand relationships with top media agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and unlock new branding opportunities across agency and direct client ecosystems.
• Strategically pitch Xapads’ branding solutions, including CTV, Programmatic, Display, and Native formats.
• Leverage performance marketing expertise (Mobile & Web) to capture additional budgets and grow revenue.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and revenue closure.
• Collaborate with internal Ad Ops, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Track market intelligence and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Media or AdTech Sales within the Mexico market.
• Deep understanding of branding solutions across CTV, Programmatic, Display, and Native ecosystems.
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing (Mobile & Web).
• Established client and agency network within Mexico.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
