Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new advertisers and media agencies for branding-led digital campaigns
• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners in Vietnam
• Own and manage revenue targets for the Vietnam market
• Develop customized branding-first proposals and strategic recommendations aligned with client KPIs
• Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
• Collaborate with internal operations, supply, and product teams to ensure campaign delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital media sales, specifically with a branding focus
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Strong existing network within the Vietnam digital ecosystem (brands, agencies, and partners)
• Expertise in branding solutions with a working knowledge of performance models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a field-driven capacity (visiting agency offices and client locations in Ho Chi Minh City)

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Experience working in AdTech or branding-led digital environments
• Exposure to cross-market or regional sales roles
