Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the UAE market, focusing on branding-led solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across agency and client ecosystems
• Present and position Xapads’ solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and native formats
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
• Collaborate with internal Ad Operations, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to refine sales approaches

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales within the UAE market
• Strong understanding of branding solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and native formats
• Proven experience in performance marketing (mobile and web)
• Established relationships with agencies and advertisers in the UAE
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with regional or global campaigns
• Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems and agency buying models
