About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Build and maintain 4–6x pipeline coverage consistently
  • Identify and target mid-market accounts including Corp Comms, PR Heads, and CMOs
  • Deliver ROI-focused demos and proposals tailored to prospects
  • Handle commercial negotiations and maintain strong CRM hygiene
  • Provide market feedback on pricing and buyer behavior
  • Drive predictable ARR growth in a high-growth SaaS environment

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Minimum 3+ years as a quota-carrying closer
  • Experience selling to Marketing, Communications, or Corporate Affairs leaders
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or SPANCO
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch without heavy SDR dependency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (MBA preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MarTech, AdTech, PRTech, or Social Listening platforms
  • Strong network within PR agencies or corporate communications teams
  • Prior experience in a founder-led or early-stage SaaS environment
  • Graduates from institutes like MICA or IIMC
