Senior Sales Manager Weddings & MICE

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize wedding and MICE revenue opportunities
• Generate business from wedding planners, corporate companies, event agencies, and travel partners
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to event confirmation
• Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and customized event proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, corporate accounts, and event organizers
• Coordinate with banquet, operations, culinary, and revenue management teams for event execution
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, event pipelines, and revenue reports
• Negotiate packages, menus, room blocks, and event contracts
• Maintain updated records of accounts and client interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel sales with exposure to weddings and MICE
• Proven experience managing large-scale events and wedding celebrations
• Strong network with wedding planners, corporate clients, and event agencies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
