Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for enterprise BFSI and public sector accounts.
• Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead qualification, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Engage with C-level decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Manage complex, compliance-heavy sales cycles involving tendering, empanelment, and vendor onboarding.
• Conduct consultative selling to align SaaS fintech solutions with customer pain points.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-sales, and Engineering teams to craft winning technology proposals.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track KPIs including pipeline health and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within Fintech, SaaS, Banking Technology, or GovTech.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals with banks, NBFCs, insurers, or public sector entities.
• Deep understanding of the BFSI digital ecosystem, including payments, digital lending, and compliance tech.
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles (3–18 months) and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and CXO-level communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with PSU banks or government technology departments.
• Familiarity with e-tendering portals and public procurement guidelines.
• Background in consultative solution selling for enterprise SaaS products.
