About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales life cycle for enterprise BFSI and public sector accounts
  • Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead qualification, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Engage with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation Leaders
  • Manage compliance-heavy public sector sales cycles including tendering and vendor onboarding
  • Conduct consultative selling to align SaaS fintech solutions with customer pain points
  • Track KPIs including pipeline health, conversion ratios, and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI domains
  • Proven success closing high-value deals with banks, NBFCs, or public sector entities
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI digital ecosystem including payments, lending, and KYC/AML
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles (3–18 months)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and CXO-level communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with PSU banks or government technology departments
  • Familiarity with e-tendering portals and public procurement guidelines
  • Background in consultative solution sales or enterprise SaaS
