About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, room nights, and new business goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, and travel trade accounts
- Identify new business opportunities through sales calls, blitz, and market research
- Negotiate contracts and renewals to maximize revenue
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquets, and Reservations departments
- Handle VIP guests and ensure personalized service
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activity and contribute to market strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar sales role within a quality environment
- Ability to manage a sales team and achieve goals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
