Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s sales team initiatives
• Maximize revenue and growth by directing revenue generating activities in accordance with the business plan
• Drive new business for the hotel
• Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities
• Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team

Requirements

• Familiarity with the Dubai Market
• Knowledge of DIP, Science Park, Studio City, Jabel Ali, Dubai South, and DIC
• Proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially astute and motivated by challenges
• Ability to enhance the hotel's community image

Preferred Qualifications

• International, GCC, or UAE experience
• Native Arabic speaker
