About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive business growth, revenue targets, and design-win pipelines across assigned accounts and regions
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to ensure execution excellence
  • Act as a key customer interface at the senior leadership level for strategic accounts
  • Build and execute account plans, manage forecast accuracy, and conduct pipeline reviews
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Manage the design pipeline growth and funnel management
  • Collaborate with marketing, application engineering, distribution teams, partners, and leadership
  • Represent the organization in strategic negotiations, long-term partnerships, and ecosystem engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of sales experience
  • Significant exposure to B2B technology, electronics, industrial, or automotive sectors
  • Proven people management and leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
