About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive business growth, revenue targets, and design-win pipelines across assigned accounts and regions
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to ensure execution excellence
- Act as a key customer interface at the senior leadership level for strategic accounts
- Build and execute account plans, manage forecast accuracy, and conduct pipeline reviews
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
- Manage the design pipeline growth and funnel management
- Collaborate with marketing, application engineering, distribution teams, partners, and leadership
- Represent the organization in strategic negotiations, long-term partnerships, and ecosystem engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of sales experience
- Significant exposure to B2B technology, electronics, industrial, or automotive sectors
- Proven people management and leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
