Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the MPG Europe Sales team to deliver excellence and expand the customer base across defence, telecommunication, and space markets
• Formulate and execute short and long-term sales strategies in collaboration with the VP of MPG Europe
• Manage and develop the sales team to drive business growth and achieve performance targets
• Act as a member of the site leadership team to contribute to overall business success
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through direct engagement and industry events
• Conduct market analysis and performance tracking to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Oversee contract negotiation, competitive pricing, and accurate sales forecasting
• Travel internationally (approximately 30% of the time) to meet with customers and attend industry events

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and delivering international sales strategies
• Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and supporting high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Ability to perform detailed market analysis and data-driven forecasting
• Technical knowledge of RF and Microwave filter products
• Ability to work onsite in York, UK, with willingness to travel globally
