Senior Sales Manager - Marine South Korea

Responsibilities

• Manage OE sales for marine gearboxes, thrusters, SeaRex, and control systems, including market intelligence and customer relationship management.
• Build and maintain long-term cooperation with design houses and OE clients while providing technical support for approval and working drawings.
• Oversee project progress, submit quotes, manage order handling, and ensure timely execution and payment collections.
• Manage IAM sales, including processing OE warranty claims, providing field support/troubleshooting, and overseeing spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with ZF Marine BU and Asia Pacific teams to align local strategy with global objectives and prepare monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience, with 10+ years specifically in the marine or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, or a related Engineering field.
• Strong technical knowledge of shipbuilding, propulsion systems, and marine engineering.
• Business fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in OE sales, project management, and technical negotiations.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a global OEM environment.
• Familiarity with ZF marine product lines and systems.
• Previous involvement in marine exhibitions and technical associations.
