About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market growth
- Identify, engage, and close high-value clients in the KSA private sector
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships at C-suite and decision-maker levels
- Pitch services including Data, Research, Consultancy, and Data Collection
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive service enhancements
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, data, or research
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million SAR sales targets
- Strong network and relationships within KSA’s public and private sectors
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to lead and inspire sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
