About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market growth
  • Identify, engage, and close high-value clients in the KSA private sector
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships at C-suite and decision-maker levels
  • Pitch services including Data, Research, Consultancy, and Data Collection
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive service enhancements
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, data, or research
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million SAR sales targets
  • Strong network and relationships within KSA’s public and private sectors
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to lead and inspire sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
