Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in B2B sales
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in selling software products, preferably in the insurance/BFSI sector
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to travel as needed
