Senior Sales Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver programmatic and managed service advertising solutions using Samsung's TV data and measurement tools.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with mid-sized and high-growth advertisers and their agencies.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Develop mid-term and long-term account growth strategies to expand business across Smart TV platforms and other channels.
• Conduct competitive analysis within the CTV/OTT industry to identify market opportunities.
• Oversee pipeline reporting and forecasting to ensure consistent business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, specifically within the video or connected TV media ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in new business development and prospecting net new customers.
• Strong ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Bachelor's Degree or an advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Video Publishers, DSPs, or SSPs.
• Experience navigating both entrepreneurial environments and established corporate cultures.
• A builder's mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
