Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 7-8 aggressive sales professionals
- Implement and drive the firm’s sales strategy to ensure alignment with business goals
- Lead sales efforts for digital products including websites, domains, and recurring digital subscriptions
- Craft compelling sales messaging and communications for prospects and clients
- Audit sales calls and emails to provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Monitor performance and ensure both individual and team targets are met or exceeded
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- At least 2+ years in a senior sales or managerial role
- Experience selling websites, domains, or digital products is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and inspire a sales team
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Analytical mindset to monitor performance and identify gaps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
