Responsibilities
- Build, inspire, and lead high-performing sales teams to consistently meet and exceed volume and revenue targets
- Provide inclusive leadership through hiring, training, and professional development of Account Executives
- Establish and drive targeted goals and quotas to accelerate revenue opportunities
- Create, monitor, and manage key performance metrics to drive team results
- Implement and refine best practices for consultative sales and client success processes
- Champion and evolve go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with the Regional General Manager and Executive Team to achieve key business outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including experience scaling and managing client-facing teams
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales quotas and growth targets
- Demonstrated experience as a high-performing sales executive
- Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage a wide portfolio of responsibilities independently in a dynamic environment
