Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
• Drive revenue across financial products including goal planning, taxation, and investment planning
• Manage branch-level revenue targets and analyze sales data and lead conversion rates
• Offer customized financial solutions to HNI and retail clients
• Lead, train, and motivate the in-house sales team and channel partners
• Oversee branch-level lead generation through tele-calling, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure branch operations comply with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or BFSI Sales
• Proven experience in revenue generation and data-driven decision making
• Ability to manage sales teams and scale business operations
• Strong knowledge of financial products and compliance norms
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• CFP certification or NISM XA–XB qualification preferred
