Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and sign new business deals consistent with company strategy
• Identify and develop green field and existing client business opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of new logo and upsell opportunities to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel
• Motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
• Execute account planning and engage with senior executives to advance sales cycles
• Develop and track KPIs to increase sales productivity
• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer base
• Manage all aspects of the sales process including weekly and monthly reporting
• Collaborate with all functional parts of the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• 3+ years of experience selling into Financial Institutions and payments/card issuing space
• Proven experience in payments or issuer processing
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Native-level fluency in Japanese
• Reading and writing fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools (HubSpot preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-level or higher speaking fluency in English
• Strong affinity to technology and ability to grasp new technologies
