About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team to exceed revenue targets across various enterprise sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's AI product roadmap.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close large-scale enterprise deals involving complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes.
- Forecast, monitor, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market dynamics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive market engagement.
- Drive partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendors to accelerate market penetration.
- Recruit, train, and support the career development of a results-driven sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in AI, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation domains.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, strategic account management, and complex sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar deals and leading sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience selling into sectors such as Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
