About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team to exceed revenue targets across various enterprise sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's AI product roadmap.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale enterprise deals involving complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes.
  • Forecast, monitor, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market dynamics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive market engagement.
  • Drive partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendors to accelerate market penetration.
  • Recruit, train, and support the career development of a results-driven sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in AI, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation domains.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, strategic account management, and complex sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar deals and leading sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience selling into sectors such as Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
