Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Sell the full payments technology stack to middle market and large enterprise organizations
• Act as a consultative payments strategist to advise companies on optimal payment structures
• Identify, qualify, and close promising prospects to grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals
• Build prospect engagement strategies in collaboration with marketing, product, and business development teams
• Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders
• Implement winning negotiation strategies for complex commercial structures
• Orchestrate the entire sales process, driving urgency and managing mutual action plans
• Maintain a well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by understanding their specific industry pain points

Requirements

• 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience directly within the Payments industry
• Proven track record of high performance and meeting sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and build a pipeline
• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex deals
• Tech-savvy with a genuine passion for Fintech and the payments landscape
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with C-suite executives
