About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial activities for directed-buy Tier customers, OEM business, and foundry business
- Manage end-to-end customer quotations, purchase order confirmations, and order management
- Lead negotiations on price adders and acquire new business for semiconductor and sensor components
- Collaborate with OE sales teams to align business strategies and customer requirements
- Manage account receivables for Tier, foundry, and OEM customers to maintain healthy cash flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or 10+ years of relevant semiconductor sales experience
- 7+ years of commercial sales experience in the automotive or mobility space focusing on semiconductors and sensors
- Ability to build relationships with local and global stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 15-20% nationally and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience with silicon carbide, power electronics, semiconductors, or MEMS devices
- Understanding of major Automotive OEM customers and Tier-1 suppliers
- Knowledge of vehicle systems utilizing power electronics (inverters, onboard chargers, converters)
- Knowledge of navigation, mobility, safety, or braking systems
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and organizational skills
