Responsibilities
- Implement action plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives in collaboration with headquarters
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities and accounts within assigned markets (Leisure and MICE)
- Represent the hotel at professional trade fairs and Group commercial actions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to management
- Support the conversion of MICE, Agency, and Consortium files
- Lead and animate a team within the hotel's commercial department
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality and/or tourism
- Proven ability to negotiate and build lasting professional relationships
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in office productivity tools
- Availability for frequent travel within France and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong commercial sense and creativity
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
