Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives in collaboration with headquarters
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities and accounts within assigned markets (Leisure and MICE)
  • Represent the hotel at professional trade fairs and Group commercial actions
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to management
  • Support the conversion of MICE, Agency, and Consortium files
  • Lead and animate a team within the hotel's commercial department

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality and/or tourism
  • Proven ability to negotiate and build lasting professional relationships
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools
  • Availability for frequent travel within France and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong commercial sense and creativity
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
