About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ASEAN expansion sales organization consisting of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
  • Build and reinforce a proactive hunter culture focused on pipeline generation, whitespace identification, and strategic account expansion.
  • Drive consistent achievement of regional sales targets through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting rigor, and execution excellence.
  • Define and execute regional growth strategies aligned with global go-to-market priorities and ASEAN market opportunities.
  • Build trusted executive-level relationships with customers and partners across the ASEAN region to drive platform standardization.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across the Account Team Unit (ATU), including technical specialists, marketing, and customer success.
  • Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of regional forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams across multiple ASEAN or APAC markets.
  • Strong track record of building hunter sales cultures and driving pipeline generation excellence.
  • Expertise in enterprise and mid-market sales methodologies, account planning, and value-based selling.
  • Demonstrated success leading executive-level customer engagements and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong operational discipline with experience managing forecasting and CRM processes (Salesforce.com or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel at least 50% across the ASEAN region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading sales organizations specifically within the ASEAN market.
  • Background in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations), Government, or infrastructure industries.
  • Experience driving go-to-market transformation or platform standardization initiatives.
  • Experience leading partner-driven expansion strategies across emerging and growth markets.
