Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute sales processes to promote and sell water treatment equipment, heat exchangers, and pumps
• Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to develop targeted sales plans
• Identify, manage, and nurture leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Engage with customers through regular visits and meetings to understand needs and demonstrate solution value
• Prepare competitive and profitable quotations tailored to specific customer requirements
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to support the sales process and inform decision-making
• Oversee commercial activities by managing the customer grid and building a strong network

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales for industrial machinery
• Proven track record in the Industrial Food sector and water treatment projects
• In-depth knowledge of the Industrial Food and water treatment markets in the Philippines
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Philippines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
