Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling X's advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with fintech and app clients across Cyprus and the CIS region
• Prospect, source, and close new business opportunities in priority markets
• Act as a trusted consultant to advertisers and agencies on campaign strategy, media planning, and performance optimization
• Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Partner with Client Solutions Managers to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, or account management
• Proven experience working with fintech, apps, or performance advertisers
• Fluency in both Russian and English
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and media agency dynamics
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with export advertisers in CIS markets
• Agency-side background or strong existing agency relationships
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
