About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization
- Direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Strategic Plan
- Coordinate with all departments at Novotel Hyderabad and Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum productivity and guest service
- Resolve queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Motivate, train, and develop the team in designated segments to achieve departmental goals
- Ensure all personnel are informed of department objectives and safety provisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Hospitality or Retail
- Degree in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and customer relationship skills
- Energetic, passionate, and innovative approach to work
