About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat
- Proactively conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential leads
- Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure fit
- Nurture relationships by providing helpful information and excellent service
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Manage and coordinate diaries for field-based BDMs, optimizing travel and geographic alignment
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, account management, lead qualification, or diary management
- Confident communicator with strong listening and questioning skills
- Target-driven and able to work at pace
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
- Organized and detail-oriented with good IT/CRM skills
