About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat
  • Proactively conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential leads
  • Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure fit
  • Nurture relationships by providing helpful information and excellent service
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Manage and coordinate diaries for field-based BDMs, optimizing travel and geographic alignment
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, lead qualification, or diary management
  • Confident communicator with strong listening and questioning skills
  • Target-driven and able to work at pace
  • Resilient with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good IT/CRM skills
