Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform marketing and sales activities in assigned markets
• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
• Plan, organize, and control department activities including costing, quotation, and tenders
• Manage resource and manpower planning to meet sales targets
• Supervise, motivate, and monitor sales team performance
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys
• Promote company products and testing services to new customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer timeframes

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related industries
• Malaysian citizenship required
• Knowledge of MS ISO/IEC 17025 clauses 4.4, 4.7 & 4.8
• Background knowledge of sampling equipment and laboratory devices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under stress and as a team player
