Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for solar testing and certification services.
• Identify and secure new clients including solar module manufacturers, EPC contractors, project developers, and IPPs.
• Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and active industry engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the solar value chain.
• Retain and grow existing accounts through strategic cross-selling and upselling of services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and technical solutions for clients.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful closure with customers.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings to provide market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
• Proven experience within the Solar PV industry.
• Direct experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services.
• Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and technical solution selling.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Established network of relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and developers in the renewable energy sector.
