About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex sales engagements for WERCSmart, positioning it as a strategic compliance solution for retailers and brand owners.
  • Develop multi-year software account plans by providing subject matter expertise in retail product compliance and regulatory data.
  • Drive growth through the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and product demonstrations to closing and post-sale handoffs.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with retail compliance leaders, EHS teams, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, account managers, and technical experts to gather requirements and manage multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Identify opportunities for software adoption, expansion, and renewals to ensure long-term account growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of specialty software products and business sales processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
