Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle from outreach and demos to closing
- Acquire new customers and upsell current clients to meet sales KPIs and targets
- Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts to balance client value with company profit margins
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team to drive product improvements
- Manage partnerships with local industry groups and travel associations
Requirements
- Must be located in Bali or within commutable distance
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- Confident phone presence and strong meeting leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and resilient mindset
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching
