Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition by creating new opportunities and upselling current customers
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets by finalizing sales in a timely manner
- Prepare accurate quotes and develop professional proposals for clients
- Negotiate contracts to balance client value with company profit margins
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team to drive product improvements
- Manage partnerships with local industry groups and travel associations
Requirements
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- Fluent in Portuguese (minimum C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident phone presence and meeting leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
