About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales, sales support, and marketing functions to achieve revenue targets
  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and sales targets
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Sustainability (ESG, climate) and Digital Trust (cybersecurity, data privacy)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Handle client inquiries, proposals, tenders, and contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure service feasibility
  • Support the design and launch of new certification schemes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in certification bodies, ISO auditing, or compliance
