About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales, sales support, and marketing functions to achieve revenue targets
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and sales targets
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Sustainability (ESG, climate) and Digital Trust (cybersecurity, data privacy)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Handle client inquiries, proposals, tenders, and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure service feasibility
- Support the design and launch of new certification schemes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in certification bodies, ISO auditing, or compliance
- Experience in Sustainability, ESG, Digital Trust, or cybersecurity services
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
